Why We Love It
Description
Most of Park Shore asks for 90 days. Shore Club asks for 30, which makes this updated top-floor condo one of the easier ways to spend a month in the most central neighborhood in Naples: Publix and a row of restaurants at the end of the street, Waterside Shops and Artis–Naples a mile north, Venetian Village and the private Park Shore beach a mile and a half west.
Inside, the second-floor position gives you vaulted ceilings and plantation-shuttered light in every room. The whole unit has been redone in white and light wood, with a kitchen long enough for two cooks, a sitting room off it with its own TV, and two bedrooms on opposite ends of the floor plan.
