Sunrise Over the 11th Hole — A Top-Floor Golf Veranda in Treviso Bay, With the Membership to Match
Most Treviso Bay rentals give you the resort. A few give you golf. Almost none give you both from a top-floor lanai looking straight down a TPC fairway. Residence 726 does. It sits at the end of the second floor in Venezia, the only veranda neighborhood in the community with golf course views, in one of just three buildings that carry a deeded TPC golf membership — and that membership comes with the rental. Morning coffee happens on the rear lanai with the sun rising over the 11th tee. Tee times happen a short walk away. Everything else Naples has to offer is out the back gate.
The Residence

It sits at the end of the second floor in Venezia, the only veranda neighborhood in the community with golf course views, in one of just three buildings that carry a deeded TPC golf membership — and that membership comes with the rental. The Residence
- Arabella floor plan — the largest veranda layout in Treviso Bay at 1,661 sq ft
- Top floor, end unit — vaulted ceilings, extra side windows, and nobody above you
- 2 bedrooms + den — the den's sofa converts to a sleeper, so the home comfortably sleeps 6
- 2 full baths — the den adjoins the guest bath, making it a true third sleeping space
- Rear screened lanai facing east over the lake to the 11th tee and fairway — the best seat in the building
- Front screened lanai — a second outdoor room for evening breezes
- Open great room and kitchen with a breakfast table, everything on one level
- Private primary suite tucked at the rear of the home with the same golf and water views
